Under Hostyin Group Policy:

  • Cancellation(s) will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing an order.
  • Any cancellation request shall not be entertained after the process of service provision is initiated.
  • Any cancellation(s) must be communicated to within a minimum of 14 days before the service is due.
  • Failure to cancel before this period is acceptance of renewal of the service.

Refund Policy:

  • Purchase of any product/service(s) from Hostyin Group is covered by 7-day’s money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we issue a full refund.
  • To request a refund, simply contact us ([email protected]) with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase.

Payment methods with special refund terms:

Please note that all payment processors have different policies and requirements for refunds and there are some payment methods that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

Steps to request a refund:

  1. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering)
  2. Provide us a feedback as to why you’re requesting a refund
  3. We shall initiate the refund request within 7 working days
  • If a service is cancelled and a refund requested, the cost incurred to renew or provide a free domain name (if included with the service being cancelled) will be deducted from the refund amount. Any balance, whatsoever, after the deduction is payable to Hostyin Group.
  • Services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service are non-refundable.
  • Domain name renewal / registration fees and costs are non-refundable.
  • Any refund(s) request is processed within 7 working days.
